The scheme was to provide a small affordable housing development consisting of 3No 3 bedroom and 5No 2 bedroom houses on an exception site in North Essex. The Development achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and was constructed using thin joint blockwork. The design conforms to the Essex design guide and has the car parking located to the rear of the site out of view of the road.
