This bungalow design replaces an old timber structure on a site in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire. Secluded within the woods, the bungalow boasts open kitchen diner, large bedrooms, ample storage and a spacious patio accessed via bi-folding glass doors. The floor area of the bungalow is 170 sq m. Manning Holden Architects obtained the planning permission for this design and are now overseeing the project be built on site.
