Resources to help architects navigate difficult economic times

Business Resilience Roadmap

The Royal Institute of British Architects’ Business Resilience Roadmap is an online digest of resources developed to help practices thrive during challenging economic times. Drawing on insights from experts and practitioners, we've published a series of features offering essential business advice aimed at bolstering their current and future resilience.

The roadmap is divided into three themes: fees and finance, strategy and winning work, and practice culture. Each theme offers a series of actions that architectural practices can take across different areas of their business to respond to current challenges and enhance their competitiveness. This includes stabilising finances, supporting staff wellbeing, and winning new work.

Pages will be periodically updated with new content. Send your feedback and ideas to practice@riba.org.
