Avanti Architects won this competition to rebuild the early years centre in Fulham to create a state-of-the-art facility.

The new build provides a range of complementary services, including a 154 place nursery for children up to the age of 5 and a reception class for 30 children.

The site also has additional facilities such as a community training space, consultation rooms for healthcare support and social inclusion and an adult training suite. At the heart of the scheme is a new space called ‘playtrium’, a top-lit space and multi-purpose play space for children.
