ADW StudioImage 2 TBC web ajpg — Residential development: The project envisages a new 33,000sqm residential block and the re-qualification of all existing pavilions and buildings of the old brick manufacturing area as new retail hub. The external area will be used for public spaces and al-fresco terraces.

How do you describe your approach to the design?

“We believe design can be a catalyst for positive environmental changes and social awareness at all scales”.

Our design approach come from the idea that the “Architect paper is never white”. Our approach is a constant synthesis of all the elements that form a building: from the structure that holds it up to the services that allow it to function and its ecology and sustainability. All buildings shape and forms are a thorough research and response to the natural constraints of each specific site and the relationship of the building within the context, landscape, or skyline.

We are a 100% design driven company. We believe that better design leads to better spaces, better communities, and better spirits, which is why we keep our clients - and the users - at the heart of our creative process.

What are you most proud of over the last year?

We have complete three luxury homes and now on site with a new school in Italy. The company as grown to five people and we keep receiving outstanding reviews from our clients.

All we have achieved has been possible thanks to our devoted and very passionate team of designers at every level. This is what we are mostly proud of.

What is your MIPIM 2024 focus?

Expanding our network and be up to date of what is happening globally in the real estate market.

Is there anything exciting on the horizon?

Keep growing as business with the ambition to deliver new outstanding and sustainable design.
