Tell us about your practice?
Our clients know that they can rely on ONE for inspiring designs that are innovative and sustainable. With a highly collaborative process we deliver our clients’ visions involving all stakeholders, ensuring we design something that we can all be proud of.
Our environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) and social value approach is central to our organisation. As a carbon neutral company, we remain committed in our journey to net zero, we help clients to achieve their sustainability goals and place great importance on supporting the wellbeing of people, charities and communities.
What differentiates you from other architects?
Our multi-disciplinary approach, with all disciplines working side-by-side, is highly efficient and effective fuelling creativity and innovation, while also being cost-effective.
The early involvement of all our disciplines allows a project to be seen from all angles (we call this 360-degree thinking). This approach allows us to overcome any potential challenges, provide a fully integrated solution as well as incorporate the most appropriate sustainable options boosting the green credentials of a project.

What have been the highlights for you in the past year?
It has been a fantastic year for ONE. We have worked on some really exciting projects for brilliant clients with some incredible schemes underway and completed.
We have once again won several industry awards. We really appreciate the recognition and continue to remain committed to delivering for all our clients and innovating to respond to industry challenges. We have also helped to secure funding for clients, including Levelling Up funding, and it has been great to deliver these schemes.
What is your focus for MIPIM 2024?
We have attended MIPIM for many years and we look forward to meeting existing clients and new, hearing about their projects and how we can help. We work across sectors: residential, commercial, hotels, leisure, industrial, public realm, healthcare, digital, BIM and education to name a few, and always leave MIPIM with great meetings in the diary.
We are always excited to hear about that nugget of an idea that requires a bespoke and innovative solution, something that we can really get involved with and create something truly spectacular.
Is there anything exciting on the horizon?
This is an exciting time for ONE. We have grown significantly, which is part of our strategic direction as a company, and we plan to continue this trajectory in the years to come.
We have some fantastic projects and innovations in the pipeline, as well as some award-winning projects that will be opening their doors for the first time. We look forward to building on our success and you will see more creative and innovative solutions from all of our disciplines.
