How do you describe your approach to the design?

We consciously design beautiful, imaginative, vibrant, agile, future-ready, sustainable workplaces where people can grow and thrive, and businesses can prosper.

Why do clients come to you?

We design workspaces where community, collaboration and contribution meet, and people feel at home. Mindful of our legacy to future generations and the world in which we live, our design approach is holistic, expansive and inclusive.

What have been the highlights for you in the past year?

Highlights include our continued work with our wonderful clients, the new chapter we have embarked upon with Broadway Malyan, and the fabulous success awarded to our BCO NextGen members this year.

What is your special focus for MIPIM 2024?

Our objectives at MIPIM are ambitious. We want to connect with industry colleagues, establish contacts in Europe, attend the conference, extend our network to the UK regions of Manchester, London, Glasgow, and showcase the power of great design with our practice in collaboration with RIBA.

Is there anything exciting on the horizon?

We’re looking forward to launching the Will Academy, our new (confidential) projects, our new approach to corporate and landlord design, and working with the British Council for Offices.
