RIBA North Incubator space

Recently the RIBA moved its North West-based staff into new offices at the RIBA North National Architecture Centre, in Liverpool, designed by architect Matt Brook of Broadway Malyan. The new offices are just a short walk from Liverpool Waterfront and a stone’s throw from the Commercial heart of Liverpool.

RIBA North houses the RIBA North West (NW) Regional Office, as well as the RIBA NW Incubator. The Incubator is managed by RIBA NW.

The RIBA NW Incubator has 4 desks currently available.

Members of the Incubator get use of the office space as well as café, meeting rooms and event spaces. Users also benefit from networking with their peers, along with a programme of support from the RIBA to help grow your business.

Desks are charged at £100 per desk, per month.

To allow a range of people to use the space, emerging practices can rent between one and four desks for their business, subject to availability.

It’s expected that practices will rapidly outgrow the Incubator space but use of the Incubator will be limited to two years.

How long is the space available?

We envisage that practices will rapidly outgrow the Incubator space but there will be a limit of two years that practices can occupy the space. This is to ensure that the maximum number of practices can benefit from the space. One full calendar months' notice will be required for those leaving the space. We do not require a deposit.

Environment

The RIBA pro-actively seeks to reduce the carbon footprint produced by our business activities. All RIBA staff and members using the Incubator are expected to be aware of environmental issues in the workplace and throughout all activities assess and work to reduce the impact of the RIBA on the environment.
