RIBA South West has announced its autumn series of RIBA Annual Lectures at four universities across the South West of England. Seeking to inspire the next generation of architects through hearing the stories behind award-winning and innovative architecture, the lectures mix up students and practicing RIBA architects to stimulate new student-practitioner connections.
Our 2018 series kicks off with RIBA Stirling Prize winning Alex de Rijke of dRMM at Plymouth University on 5 October; followed by Sadie Morgan, also of dRMM at Bath University on 9 October.
Director of AL_A, Alice Dietsch talks at Arts University Bournemouth on 18 October, and to conclude the series, Meredith Bowles from RIBA Stephen Lawrence Prize 2017 winning Mole Architects speaks at UWE Bristol on 29 November.
Our series is a partnership with our friends at University of Plymouth, University of Bath, Arts University Bournemouth, and UWE Bristol; and supported by Fineline Aluminium.
