Meet the people judging the RIBA Awards 2025

RIBA UK Awards 2025 (including regional, National, and the RIBA Stirling Prize) will be selected from the shortlists for the RIBA, RIAS, RSUA, and RSAW Awards 2025.

Juries are made up of entrants’ peers and fellow members, with each comprising of a Chair, regional representative, lay assessor, sustainability expert, and conservation expert.

To encourage new talent and fresh perspectives, the juries are changed each year.

All shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury with the winning projects announced throughout May. Award winners are considered for several RIBA Special Awards, including the Sustainability Award, Conservation Award, Client of the Year, Project Architect of the Year, Small Project of the Year, and Building of the Year.

All award winners will go on to be considered for RIBA National Award in recognition of their architectural excellence, the results of which will be announced in the summer.
