Over recent months, we have conducted a series of member feedback workshops to help shape our responses to Welsh Government consultations that are of particular interest to members.
On 9 February, we met with members to discuss the Building Regulations (Part L and F Review - Stage 2a). The proposals sought to improve the energy efficiency requirements for existing homes and overheating in new dwellings. Read our response.
On 9 March, we met with members with a particular focus on conservation work to discuss the proposed heritage partnership agreements for the management of the historic environment. Read our response.
On 11 March, we welcomed representatives from Welsh Government to present an overview of their Building Safety White Paper. Following the presentation, members discussed the proposals which lay out comprehensive reform of legislation that contributes to building safety in Wales. Read our response.
