The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee has launched an inquiry into the government’s approach to delivering energy efficiency improvements to buildings.
The UK has among the least energy efficient housing stock compared to its European neighbours. This has a direct impact on the health of some of the most vulnerable people in society. In its evidence to the inquiry, the RIBA has called for energy efficiency to be made a national infrastructure priority.
