Architectural Inspirations: Drawing
Saturday 22nd May and Saturday 29th May 2021,
10am-12.30pm
Join us for this online workshop over two Saturday mornings to explore ways of depicting architecture by drawing. Experimenting with pencil, pen and paint, and using the RIBA's world-class collection of photographs and drawings for inspiration. You will explore different themes and ideas in architecture by developing your skills in working at different scales, practising basic perspective and capturing the characteristics of a place or building. In a small online group lead by artist Wilson Yau you will learn more about architecture and drawing and create your own artworks during this interactive, friendly workshop.
