About Rachael Austin

Rachael Austin is an award-winning landscape designer and the co-director of Austin Design Works alongside architect Matt Austin to focus on biodiversity net gain and delivering masterplans for medium sized, net zero housing developments.

Rachael led the practice through a successful B-Corp verification process earlier this year.

She takes an approach to landscape design that enhances and works with nature and improves the well-being of people who live and work in the places she creates, such as the Museum in the Park in Stroud.
