Hosted by sustainability leader Hero Bennett (Max Fordham), the panel will be sharing the story behind the UK’s largest Passivhaus school Harris Academy, Sutton - followed by a live interactive Q&A session.
Harris Academy, Sutton by Architype - Powered only by a single domestic-scale boiler, the school sets an impressive sustainability benchmark, surpassing RIBA 2030 targets for operational carbon emissions and being enabled for net-zero carbon. A prototype for 21st century schools, the project won a 2022 RIBA National Award, London Award and London Sustainability Award.
