PAS 2035 - 2019: Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency, describes the standard and process to be adopted for publicly funded retrofit. The Welsh Governments Optimised Retrofit programme will be in accordance with PAS 2035.

Professor Edwards has experience of sustainable refurbishment and energy efficiency retrofit spanning nearly forty years, as well as expert panel membership of BSI committees including PAS 2035, PAS 2030, PAS 2038 and the Retrofit Standards Task Group. He is also Professor on Practice at the University of Wales Trinity St David and Director of Edwards Hart Consultants, who are participating in the Welsh Governments Optimised Retrofit programme.
