The Future Leaders 2022 series concludes with a focus on the business side of practice. To produce successful architecture, design, technical and people skills need to be complemented by an understanding of the commercial imperatives of practice, clients' needs and financial considerations as well as a forward thinking mindset.
Commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial vision should not be the reserve of the senior leadership alone - or only matter to commercially oriented practices - but add value at every level of the organisation and are equally important across sectors and types of projects.
Join this session to benefit from the insights of senior leaders in large practices, experienced executive coaches and commissioning clients.
This event is RIBA CPD Approved. It is worth 3.5 hours of structured CPD.
