Future Leaders 2022: Learning to Lead

Future Leaders 2022 launches with a dedicated session on learning to lead. What are the key qualities of a good leader and how can you build on your existing strengths? How do you build your personal profile and develop your capacity to be an agent of change? What does it take to communicate with impact and motivate others?

Future Leaders 2022 launches with a dedicated session on learning to lead. To be effective as leaders, we need to develop an awareness of self and others. Join this session to learn about the eight qualities of a good leader and reflect on the areas you need to focus on. Hear from practitioners about how they developed a leadership mindset and became agents of change. Gain insight into how to build your professional and personal profile and learn how practice leaders prepare in order to present with impact.

Executive Coach Jack Russell will provide the leadership framework on the day. Jack is the founder and director of PDC Inspiration ltd. Jack’s passion throughout his life has been to positively influence and motivate others, helping people to achieve their potential. Jack follows this path as a motivational speaker, personal development coach and inspirational author.

A speaker at Future Leaders some years ago, we were so impressed by his energy, ability to inspire and engage his audience, we have wanted to bring him back for some time and are delighted he is available to support our first live event after lockdown.

This event is RIBA CPD Approved. It is worth 3.5 hours of structured CPD.
