Guerrilla Tactics is RIBA’s annual flagship conference for sole practitioners and small-sized architectural practices. Returning to 66 Portland Place on 6 November 2024, this event provides a wealth of insightful information with a focus on essential business skills for architects, and how they can develop their practices through innovation.
This year's Guerrilla Tactics celebrates the resilience and versatility of sole practitioners and small practices. We’ll explore the secrets to thriving in any climate, the transformative power of collaboration, and learn from practices that have taken unexpected routes to success. We'll address the ongoing concerns about fees, as AI challenges the architecture profession to rethink how we charge for our design services. This conference offers a unique networking opportunity, featuring expert-led discussions on navigating the planning landscape, and opportunity for one-to-one mentoring conversation with leading practice directors. You'll leave with tips on mastering your strengths and the confidence to create the practice you aspire to work in.
Guerrilla Tactics offers an enriching experience that combines an in-person conference event with over 12 hours of on-demand CPD available through the RIBA Academy platform.
