The Department for International Trade (DIT) Sweden and the RIBA are joining forces to give UK firms an insight into the Swedish architecture and property sectors and how they compare to the UK.
A range of speakers will offer different perspectives on the market, including Fastighetsnytt, Knight Architects (UK), Tengbom (Sweden), K-Lab (Sweden) and a Swedish stakeholder from the client side (participant TBC).
The session will provide an overview of the market, the role of the architect in the Swedish context - where UK architects and engineers may be able to fill gaps in the market - and the experience of a UK firm in dealing with a Swedish client and other Swedish stakeholders. Some of the speakers will be UK expats, able to give unique insights into the differences and similarities in the markets.
