BB Architects have used MY Fab to add 3 new blocks of mixed use space on to their restoration of a Grade 2 listed Victorian industrial building in Limehouse. One of two remaining original sailmaking lofts in London, it is a good example of early steel framed manufacturing spaces but due to its dilapidated condition it is on Historic England's ‘At Risk’ register categorised as ‘Very Bad’. They have saved the building by fully restoring its internal and external fabric and sensitively blending it with the modern MyFab construction.
