Enjoy time to come together and be inspired about what the new year might bring. There will be a selection of drinks and plenty of delicious light bites.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet your new RIBA Bath and Bristol Branch Chair, Helen Carey, and committee members to share ideas and plans for RIBA activity in our area, as well as finding out more about the future of the Museum of Bath Architecture from Alex and Amy of the Bath Preservation Trust.
Everyone is welcome, so be sure to finish early and bring everyone from the office or drop by after a spot of shopping. We look forward to seeing you there.
It is a fantastic time to get involved with RIBA Bath and Bristol, as we rebuild the committee and plan for 2025. If you would like to get involved, don't hesitate to speak to Helen on the evening or by email: riba.bristol.bath@gmail.com
About Bath Preservation Trust
Bath Preservation Trust was set up in 1934 to safeguard the historic city of Bath. Bath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the only complete city in the UK afforded World Heritage Status.
About the Museum of Bath Architecture
The Museum of Bath Architecture tells the story of the rich architectural history of Bath, from its transformation from a small medieval town into the world-famous Georgian city, to the Victorian expansion and 20th century demolitions.
The collection includes maps, models, drawings, videos, paintings and tools that tell the story of how eighteenth-century architects and craftspeople helped turn a small walled town into the destination of choice for Georgian high society.
