This Black History Month the RIBA and Paradigm Network have been raising the profile and sharing some of the issues faced by people who are Black, Asian or from other under-represented ethnic groups.
This will culminate in a special book club, featuring participants discussing a book or song that has a had a profound effect on their life and the way they work.
