The RIBA East Sustainability Group is pleased to present an online talk from Paul Inch, Experienced Offsite, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) & Digital Solutions Consultant / Advisor at Better Delivery
As a specialist consultant spanning the design, manufacturing, construction and technology sectors, Paul is ideally placed to provide a talk on Net Zero Carbon & MMC and discuss how best to achieve compliance on new build residential schemes. Paul will also delve into the topic covering the conflicting combustibility and carbon agendas.
Many architects realise that there is a huge opportunity in the use of Offsite or MMC, but a huge gap exists between production and construction. Paul will discuss connecting the client/design team and MMC supply chain to translate what the client's team wants, or thinks they want, to enable alignment with the right supply chain and solutions.
