RIBA Hong Kong Chapter Sketch Exhibition: 'Architecture Narratives 2024'

The RIBA Hong Kong Chapter invites you to visit the Chapter's Architectural Sketch exhibition at the Hong Kong Design Centre. Meet fellow members and be inspired by a diverse selection of architectural hand sketches.

RIBA Hong Kong Chapter is proud to announce that it will be hosting 'The Art of Sketching – Architectural Narratives 2024', the Chapter's hand sketch competition and exhibition.

Supported by the Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC), the exhibition aims to showcase hand sketches from a selection of notable architects and students in Hong Kong, to illustrate the diversity of thoughts, styles and creativity at different stages of the design process, and to serve as inspiration for current and future generations of architects.

Works from established and emerging practices as well as individuals will be exhibited at the new HKDC DX Design hub in Sham Shui Po from December 2024 through to January 2025. As well as a chance to see the hand sketch works, the exhibition will be an opportunity for attendees to meet fellow RIBA members and to celebrate the Chapter's achievements over the past year.

In January, the Chapter will hold a reception to celebrate the winners of the competition. More details on the winners reception will be revealed soon.

We look forward to seeing you at the exhibition.
