RIBA London LFA talk series: Caring for the profession’s wellbeing

Join RIBA London architects as we celebrate the London Festival of Architecture with a series of evening talks and discussion panels, focused on the theme of Care. This talk will explore caring for the profession's wellbeing.

During the pandemic, London’s architectural practices have been forced to drastically alter their studio culture. For some, this has led to feelings of disconnect; but for others, it has led to a better work life balance. Through an evening of talks we will investigate new ways of working that could be here to stay, examine how architectural employees are caring for staff wellbeing, and offer some practical techniques to stay happy and balanced at work.

This event is part of the 2021 London Festival of Architecture.
