In this RIBA North East Sustainability Mastermind session, we will look at how cost consultants can work with architects to influence carbon reduction strategies as part of the project team.
In this session
We will explore how new tools such as Turner & Townsend’s embodied and whole life carbon calculators can influence design and help clients achieve their NZC targets for the best value. As well as providing interesting feedback on what NZC means to clients.
We will also debate the additional influence the cost consultant now has with carbon squaring out the traditional time, cost, quality, and triangle on the design creativity the architect has on projects.
