Join this informal talk with Samuel Tully, the head of Somerset Building Control, to hear more about and discuss Building Control, including the roles, tasks and responsibilities of Building Control, architects, principle designers, contractors and clients under the new system - plus, an explanation of the new Completion Notice Forms and associated sign off procedures.
You'll also find out more about the recent changes in the approval process and the introduction of duty holders.
