RIBA are delighted to announce the 2025 South West and Wessex celebration, taking place at Winslade Manor, Exeter.
With 13 shortlisted projects across the South West and Wessex, including a cohousing development, a Grade I listed building regeneration, and the conversion of a historic listed barn, the awards ceremony will reveal the winning practices by recognising the most sustainable, original, and inclusive places enriching our communities.
The evening will commence at 6pm with welcome drinks and food in beautiful surroundings, followed by a celebration of the 2025 Southwest shortlisted projects and the announcement of the ultimate winners.
The evening will close with live music and plenty of opportunity to share experiences and - finally - relax.

About Winslade Manor
Situated on the outskirts of Exeter and surrounded by 86 acres of parkland, Winslade Manor is an elegant backdrop for any occasion.
Built in the early 19th century, this listed mansion, located in the core of Devon, has been meticulously restored from its classical roots and transformed into a versatile event venue with plenty of room to explore and luxury office space.
