What does great architecture look like in 2023, and who are the people that make it possible?
Following the announcement of the winners on 19 October, join us to hear from the award-winning architects and key members of the teams tell the stories behind the John Morden Centre by Mæ, RIBA Stirling Prize 2023 winner, and the Lighthouse Children’s Home by Conrad Koslowsky Architects, winner of the Stephen Lawrence Prize.
At this unique event, you’ll uncover the stories behind their buildings, what inspires them, and what winning one of the UK’s most prestigious architecture awards means to them.
With a new format for 2023, you’ll hear from both prize winners as they give in-depth and illustrated talks about their buildings which represent the best of new architecture in the UK.
You’ll then discover more as they’re joined in conversation with co-hosts Eleanor Young, RIBAJ Editor, and Sumita Singha OBE, RIBA Board Trustee for Education, before you can ask your own questions in a live audience Q&A.
Celebrate the UK's best new architecture by visiting the RIBA Stirling Prize 2023 shortlist exhibition at 66 Portland Place, London until 10 November.
