This insightful talk by planning consultant Patrick Durr (Patrick Durr Associates) will be hosted by RIBA West Kent at The Swan, West Malling.
Patrick will be sharing his insights on planning and a case study on Waterfield House; an impressive contemporary replacement dwelling in Goudhurst, Kent which won a RIBA SE Award in 2023.

What does RIBA West Kent do?
