This facility can test product to the new standard as well as demonstrating to Clients what can be achieved in regard to property flood protection.
The Flood House
In addition to our BSI approved testing facility is the Flood House demonstration Centre. This offers visitors the unique opportunity to experience flood conditions from inside and outside a standard built house; demonstrating how each specialist
M3 Floodtec product works in harmony to resist water at every area of potential water ingress.
Who can use the facility?
The Flood House and Testing Facility is open to visits from industry stakeholders, homeowners, community flood groups and the media.
The Test Tank facility is also available to use by flood mitigation manufacturers to test their products to BSI Kitemark standards.
