Join the Sheffield Society of Architects (SSA) for this day of fun, aimed at inspiring the architects of the future. Let your imagination run wild and help construct a fantasy cityscape.
We will make good use of our location this year in the Long Gallery at Sheffield's Millennium Gallery, displaying our creation along the long window, to be viewed by passers-by from the street below.
In addition, you are invited to print your own tote bag to take away, hosted by our friends at Craft Lab Sheffield. Bauhaus bags involves playing with colours, shapes and composition to block print your own Bauhaus-themed tote bag. This event is also free of charge.
Fantastical cities and Bauhaus bags form part of the programme of events complementing the exhibition Pioneers: John Ruskin, William Morris and the Bauhaus, which continues at the Millennium Gallery until 21 January 2024.
This is a free event and is open to all ages. There is no need to register, just turn up and get ready to join in.
