Designed by Hawkins\Brown, who won the RIBA Design Competition in 2016 to create an innovative and welcoming campus entrance, the new Student Centre and University Square redefine the interaction between the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and the city of Preston, firmly establishing the campus within the city centre.
Join us to hear the story behind this RIBA North West Award-winning project with Project Architect James Thomson (Hawkins\Brown) who will lead the group on a tour of the site.
Following the tour, we'll hold a social and quick AGM at The Adelphi. This will be a great chance to network and socialise with fellow architects based in Lancashire and to find out more about the branch and how to get involved.
