YAPF: Wellbeing in Architecture with Ben Channon

Join the Young Architectural Practitioners Forum as we hear from Ben Channon to discuss wellbeing in architecture.

This talk from architect and mental health advocate Ben Channon explores how we as architects can take better care of our own mental health, and why this is so important.

The session is full of practical tips that all architects can integrate into their daily work and home lives. Ben will also share lessons from his own experiences with mental health challenges in his twenties.
