Join RIBA for this celebratory evening event and dinner for the architecture community and beyond to recognise the achievements of Yasmeen Lari. As Pakistan's first female architect, Lari’s work in heritage conservation, humanitarian architecture, and zero carbon footprint concepts will be honoured at this event.

Given in recognition of a lifetime’s work, the Royal Gold Medal is approved personally by His Majesty the King and will be awarded to Yasmeen Lari on the night in recognition of her significant influence in the advancement of architecture.

As Pakistan's first female architect, Lari’s work in heritage conservation, humanitarian architecture, and zero carbon footprint concepts will be honoured at this event. Lari will be discussing her work with Part W at an in conversation event on 12 June 2023.

Come together to celebrate her achievements at the home of architecture, 66 Portland Place, London. Be inspired as we screen a short film commissioned by RIBA to honour Lari’s services to architecture, activism, and education, before witnessing the presentation of the 2023 Royal Gold Medal.
