Tell us about your practice. What do you stand for?
At Cognition Architecture, we believe in delivering projects for the good of the job. We collaborate closely with the entire project team, ensuring success not just for our part but for the whole project. Our goal is to align all stakeholders and deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes that meet the client's vision.
What distinguishes you from other architects?
What sets us apart is our entrepreneurial approach and deep understanding of both architecture and construction. We combine cutting-edge technology, including BIM, with expertise in cost management and construction processes, adding significant value to our clients. We think beyond design to ensure the success of every project from inception to completion.
What projects are you currently working on?
We are working on various residential projects across the UK, a development in Accra, Ghana, and a residential apartment scheme in Hangzhou, China. Each project brings its own unique challenges and opportunities, which we tackle with our global expertise.
What is your special focus for Cityscape Global 2024?
At Cityscape Global 2024, our focus is to engage with stakeholders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) region. While we already operate in the UK, African, and Chinese markets, we are eager to expand our expertise into the KSA sector, bringing our innovative approach to architectural design and construction to this dynamic and growing region.
Is there anything exciting on the horizon?
Yes, we're launching a sister company, AICHITECT, which uses AI to remove inefficiencies in construction for all stakeholders. This innovative platform will streamline the entire process, making construction smarter and more efficient for everyone involved.
