Tell us about your practice? What do you stand for?

We are defined by a commitment to bespoke design, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach that honours each client's vision. We craft exceptional interiors that reflect personal stories whilst seamlessly harnessing the heritage of interior spaces. Our expertise in design, architecture, and project management results in creative journeys that turn clients’ aspirations into beautifully curated environments.

Our approach is highly intentional, and aims to craft visionary interiors that forge deep connections between clients and their spaces. Central to our philosophy is a close collaboration with our clients that draws out their unique expressions. Our design principles are set to perpetually high standards, allowing us to realise diverse visions and craft exquisite interior couture.

What differentiate you from other architects? / How do you describe your approach to the design?

At Elicyon we seek to honour our clients’ unique stories, to acknowledge the heritage of each space, and to harmonise these narratives. Our partnerships with our clients define us and are built on integrity and transparency. We are storytellers, crafting spaces that resonate with our clients’ aspirations as well as the rich histories of their properties.

What projects are you currently working on?

We are excited to be working on several prestigious projects including a luxury jewellery atelier in London’s Mayfair, which marks our first foray into designing retail.

Further afield, we are working on a 15,500 sqft family home in Dubai and an expansive villa complex in Saudi Arabia. We are also engaged on two projects in the US, involving the redesign and refurbishment of a large 9,000 sqft family home in New Hampstead, New York, and a waterfront Italianate mansion in Miami which we are redesigning from the ground up.

We are also completing a fabulous home in Monte Carlo. By marrying a neutral palette with marine-inspired accents, the design for this project will connect the property’s interior with its beautiful natural surroundings. Our goal is to deliver a luxurious yet understated retreat where for enjoying both social gatherings and moments of calm, all within a bright and elegant setting.

Why do clients come to you? What kind of clients do you work with?

Our clients come from all over the world; our portfolio of projects is very international. Clients are attracted by many factors including our broad design repertoire, our dedication to artisanship, our global network of makers and craftspeople and our meticulous approach. We offer each and every client a creative journey that culminates in breathtakingly executed spaces, born of individuality and personal narrative. 60% of our clients are repeat business, testifying to the relationships we build through the quality of our work.

What have been the highlights for you in the past year?

Over the last year we have completed several stand-out projects, ranging from a striking penthouse apartment overlooking Westminster to an exquisite three-bedroom pied-a-terre in a classic red-brick Kensington mansion block and most recently, a grand four-bedroom duplex set within The Lancasters development in London’s Bayswater.

Each project is different, drawing on its own set of cues, but a common thread is our ethos of creating distinctive and tailored environments. We will always work as closely as possible with a client, enabling us to incorporate their individual tastes and spirit while weaving stories through decoration, materiality and craft.
